Terms of Use

Hairdresser App helps clients discover and book independent barbers by hairstyle. Hairdresser App is not the barber and does not employ or supervise marketplace barbers.

Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and update material changes. Public names and handles must not impersonate a person, business or protected brand. Barber accounts may require identity, business and service-location verification before public listing.

Listings and bookings

Barbers set their hairstyle specialties, prices, duration, availability and service options. Clients must review the barber, hairstyle, price, location summary, cancellation terms and appointment details. A booking is confirmed only when the app shows confirmation. Exact service addresses remain private until the applicable confirmed paid booking.

Payments, fees and tips

Stripe processes card payments. Hairdresser App does not store full card numbers. Marketplace and processing fees are displayed before booking acceptance and recorded with completed paid bookings. The active Founding Barber deadline is published on the main site and managed by Hairdresser App Operations. The first 100 eligible founding barbers who join by that active deadline receive 8% platform commission plus the actual Stripe processing fee, locked for their first 12 months while they remain active, meet quality standards and complete eligible bookings through the app. New non-founder barbers pay 10% platform commission plus the actual Stripe processing fee. Hairdresser App does not take a marketplace fee on client tips.

Cancellations and refunds

Clients may cancel or reschedule without a Hairdresser App cancellation charge more than 24 hours before an appointment. Changes inside 24 hours may be unavailable and require support or barber agreement. Refund eligibility depends on booking and payment status, timing, service delivery and applicable consumer rights.

Reviews, XP and conduct

Only eligible completed marketplace bookings may produce reviews or XP. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Users must not harass, discriminate, impersonate, commit fraud, bypass payments, misuse personal data or create unsafe appointments.

Photos and content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content and grant Hairdresser App a non-exclusive licence to host, process, display and resize it as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. Users must have permission to upload the content and must not misrepresent another person's work.

Suspension and service availability

Hairdresser App may restrict or close an account to protect users, investigate complaints, comply with law, address payment risk or enforce these terms. The service is not guaranteed to be continuously available, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
